Our Story
We started House of Visas after our founder's Schengen visa was rejected for a missing old passport — a rule nobody told him about. The ₹9,360 fee was gone. The trip was cancelled. The frustration was permanent.
That rejection became a mission: build a service where no Indian traveller loses money to preventable mistakes. Today, we process visas for 120+ countries with a 98% approval rate — because every application is reviewed by a human who has seen every mistake an embassy can flag.
We are not a tech platform that auto-fills forms. We are not a travel agent who processes visas as a side service. We are a dedicated visa company. That's all we do. And we do it better than anyone.

Full breakdown on every country page: government fee + VFS charge + insurance + our service fee + GST = total. No hidden charges. No surprise fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay. Compliant with the Consumer Protection Act 2019 and Legal Metrology Act.
Guaranteed or refunded
If your visa is rejected because of an error on our part — missing document, incorrect form, wrong information — we refund our service fee in full and re-apply at no additional cost. Embassy fees are non-refundable per consulate policy, not ours.
