1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you, the user of our services ("User", "you", "your"), and Glovels overseas consultants Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, having its registered office at Plot 60, H No 1-102, 1st Floor, Madhapur, Landmark: Metro Pillar C1734, Behind Big C Mobiles Hyderabad – 500081, Telangana ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), operating under the brand name "House of Visas" through the website houseofvisas.com ("Website") and associated mobile applications.

By accessing our Website, creating an account, submitting an application, or making a payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

These Terms shall be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Refund and Cancellation Policy, which together form the complete legal agreement between the parties.

2. Definitions

• "Services" means the visa application assistance, Boarding Compliance Assistance (BCA), travel insurance arrangement, document verification, and related travel facilitation services offered by the Company.
• "Application" means any visa application, BCA request, or travel document assistance request submitted by the User through the Company.
• "Government Fee" means any fee charged by an embassy, consulate, high commission, or government authority for processing a visa or travel document.
• "Third-Party Fee" means any fee charged by VFS Global, BLS International, insurance providers, courier services, or other third-party service providers.
• "Service Fee" means the fee charged by Glovels Private Limited for its professional assistance, exclusive of Government Fees and Third-Party Fees.
• "Applicable Law" means the laws of the Republic of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Indian Contract Act, 1872, and all rules and regulations made thereunder.

3. Nature of Services

3.1. Glovels Private Limited, operating as House of Visas, provides professional visa application assistance and travel document facilitation for Indian passport holders. Services include: document review, application form completion, appointment booking, submission, tracking, cover letter drafting, travel insurance arrangement, BCA, and passport delivery coordination.

3.3. The Company is not a government agency, embassy, consulate, or authorised visa-issuing authority. The Company is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government, embassy, or visa application centre (including VFS Global or BLS International).

3.4. No representation by any employee or agent of the Company shall be construed as a guarantee or assurance of visa approval.

4. Eligibility

To use our Services, you represent and warrant that you:

• Are at least 18 years of age, or have verifiable parental/guardian consent;
• Are an Indian citizen holding a valid Indian passport;
• Are legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872;
• Are not prohibited from receiving Services under any Applicable Law or court order;
• Will provide only accurate, truthful, and complete information.

5. User Obligations and Responsibilities

As a User, you agree and undertake to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and complete information in all documents and communications;
• Not misrepresent your identity, travel history, employment, finances, or any material fact;
• Respond to document requests and communications within the communicated timeline;
• Attend all required appointments (biometric, interview, submission) as scheduled;
• Inform the Company immediately of any change in circumstances after application submission;
• Not use Services for any fraudulent, illegal, or unlawful purpose;
• Not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit the Company's intellectual property;
• Comply with all Applicable Laws.

Consequences: Non-compliance may result in: (a) immediate termination without refund; (b) forfeiture of fees; (c) reporting to authorities; (d) civil liability for damages.

6. Fees, Payment, and Pricing

6.1. Price Display: In compliance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020, and the Legal Metrology Act, 2009 — all fees are in ₹ INR, inclusive of GST. The total at checkout is the final amount. No hidden charges.

6.2. Fee Components:

• Government visa fee — set by the embassy/consulate; remitted in full
• VFS Global / BLS International charge — set by the visa centre
• Travel insurance premium — set by the insurance provider
• Company Service Fee — Glovels Private Limited's professional charge
• GST at 18% — on the Service Fee only. GSTIN: [GSTIN]

6.3. Payment: Full payment required before processing. PCI-DSS compliant gateway. The Company does not store card numbers.

6.4. Non-Refundable Third-Party Fees: Government fees, VFS/BLS charges, and insurance premiums, once remitted, are non-refundable. This is the policy of the respective governments and providers, not Glovels Private Limited.

6.5. Invoice: GST-compliant tax invoice issued for every transaction. SAC Code: 998599.

7. Service Delivery and Processing

7.1. Dedicated case manager assigned within 2 working hours of payment confirmation.

7.2. Processing times are estimates. The Company does not control embassy processing speed. Delays from factors beyond reasonable control (public holidays, closures, security clearance, increased volumes, political events, pandemics) do not constitute breach of contract.

7.3. E-visas delivered via email and WhatsApp. Physical passports via tracked courier (BlueDart/DTDC) within India.

8. Approval Guarantee

Qualifying errors: missing documents (Company's responsibility), incorrect form entries by Company, failure to book appointment, wrong consulate submission, non-compliant insurance, cover letter errors.

Exclusions: embassy discretionary decisions, policy changes after submission, false User information, missed User appointments, User profile factors, Force Majeure.

9. Cancellation

By User:

• Within 24 hours, before processing: Full Service Fee refund
• After processing, before submission: Service Fee minus ₹500 admin charge
• After submission to embassy/VFS: Non-refundable
• After approval and delivery: No refund

By Company: Termination for fraud (no refund), non-cooperation after 3 reminders (partial refund), or abusive behaviour (partial refund). See Refund Policy for full details.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website is the exclusive property of Glovels Private Limited or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957, Trade Marks Act, 1999, and IT Act, 2000. The names "House of Visas" and "Glovels Private Limited" are registered intellectual property. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in civil and criminal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1. Maximum aggregate liability: the Service Fee paid for the specific application.

11.2. Not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost bookings, missed flights, or emotional distress.

11.3. Not liable for: (a) visa refusal by any government; (b) third-party actions/omissions; (c) Force Majeure.

11.4. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or gross negligence under mandatory Indian law.

12. Indemnification

The User shall indemnify Glovels Private Limited from all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses arising from: breach of Terms, false information, violation of law, third-party claims, or infringement of rights.

13. Force Majeure

Neither party liable for failure due to circumstances beyond reasonable control: acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, embassy closures, immigration law changes, strikes, power failures, internet disruptions.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

14.1. Governed by the laws of the Republic of India.

14.2. Mediation first within 30 days under the Mediation Act, 2023, in [City], India.

14.3. If mediation fails, exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [City], India.

15. Modifications

Material changes communicated via email 15 days before the effective date and prominently displayed on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
