Approved, or your service fee back. In writing.

If your visa is rejected because of an error on our side — we refund our service fee in full and re-apply at no extra cost.

Our 4-Point Quality Process

01 — Document Audit

Every document cross-checked against the specific embassy's current requirements. Not a generic checklist — requirements vary by consulate, nationality, and purpose.

02 — Form Validation

Embassy-format application reviewed by a senior case manager with 5+ years experience. Not auto-filled by software — humans catch contextual errors that algorithms miss.

03 — Consistency Check

All dates, amounts, names, and details cross-verified across every document in your file. One contradiction between your bank statement and employer letter can unravel an otherwise strong application.

04 — Pre-submission Review

Final human review of the complete file before VFS appointment — the last safety net. Catches issues that slip through individual document checks.

What the Guarantee Covers

  • Missing document that we were responsible for collecting or verifying
  • Incorrect information entered on the application form by our team
  • Failure to book a required appointment within the processing window
  • Submission to the wrong consulate or embassy
  • Cover letter that failed to address a documented embassy requirement
  • Insurance policy that doesn't meet the destination's requirements
  • Any clerical, procedural, or administrative error attributable to House of Visas

What the Guarantee Does NOT Cover

  • Embassy discretionary decisions (consulates have sovereign authority to approve or refuse any application)
  • Changes in embassy policy or requirements after your application was submitted
  • Applicant providing false, misleading, or incomplete information
  • Applicant failing to attend required biometric or interview appointments
  • Applicant failing to provide requested documents within the communicated deadline
  • Factors related to the applicant's personal profile that are outside our control (travel history, immigration risk assessment, ties to India)

Important: Government Embassy Fees

Government embassy fees (e.g., Schengen ₹9,360, UK ₹14,030, US ₹41,760) are NEVER refundable — by us or by anyone. These are charged by the embassy/consulate and are non-refundable regardless of the visa decision. This is universal consulate policy worldwide, not a House of Visas policy. Our guarantee covers our service fee, which is the portion we control.
