Schengen Visa (29 countries)

• Passport — 6+ months validity, 10-year max age, 2 blank pages
• All previous passports (even expired)
• 2 photos — 35×45mm, white background, within 6 months
• Signed application form
• Bank statements — 3-6 months, ~₹8,000/day capacity
• ITR — last 2 financial years
• Salary slips 3 months OR business proof (GST + registration + ITR)
• Employer letter on letterhead — name, role, salary, DOJ, leave dates, contact
• Cover letter — 1 page max, addressed to specific consulate
• Day-by-day itinerary
• Hotel booking for every night
• Return flight reservation
• Travel insurance — €30,000 minimum, all Schengen, full trip + 2 days

US B1/B2 Visa

• Passport + all old passports
• DS-160 confirmation with barcode
• 1 photo — 51×51mm white background
• MRV fee receipt ($185) + Integrity Fee ($250)
• Bank statements 6 months, ITR 2 years, salary slips 3 months
• Employer letter, property documents, family ties proof

UK Standard Visitor

• Passport + all old passports
• Online application reference
• Bank statements 6 months (UK requires 6, not 3)
• ITR 2 years, employer letter
• Cover letter addressing "genuine visitor" test
• Hotel or host invitation with host's UK address + immigration status

E-Visa (UAE, Vietnam, etc.)

• Passport scan — colour, clear, 6+ months
• Digital photo — white background, ICAO compliant
• Return ticket, hotel booking, bank statement (if required)

VOA (Indonesia, Cambodia, etc.)

• Passport original 6+ months
• Printed return ticket + hotel booking
• Cash for fee (USD/local — card may not work)
• 2 passport photos + funds proof
